HISTORY OF TECHNOLOGY
Prof.John Sergio Fisher, AIA is an American architect and building systems inventor; Fisher designed over 13,000 affordable housing units in the U.S.A., the Mid-East and Asia. Over 2,000 of the units designed as a factory produced 3D modular housing. He has received 5 U.S.A. patents and other patents in the middle east. For his 3D factory housing systems. His award-winning humanistic housing designs have been published in the U.S.A., Europe and Asia. For 15 years, Prof. John also had a parallel academic career at the University of California, Berkeley, as Dean of the School of Architecture at Syracuse University and as Visiting Professor at UCLA and Tsinghua University in China.

Modulines is keen to deliver the state of art construction technology in the Middle East. Therefore, we have cooperated with the inventor, Prof. John to develop automated precast production solutions in the Middle East. In addition, we are collaborating with an Italian leading company of precast construction in the market to supervise the production and construction.

IN CONSTRUCTION,
TIME IS MONEY

Modulines has developed and utilized Fisher 3D patented system, which is the first of its kind in the region. Our factory goal is to produce 800 square meters of apartment per day through 3D modular steel forms designed to meet all clients’ needs.

Our strength is to follow a complete process under the highest quality standards and Saudi building code. Internal and external constructions are manufactured inside the factory, including plumbing, tiling floors and walls, painting, installing windows, doors, lighting, cookware, bathrooms, and cabinets.

The value proposition of this technology is to achieve many of the construction processes in the factory, which guarantee high-quality standard, material control and reduction of the possibility of errors.

FISHER MODULER CONSTRUCTION

John Fisher the originator of Fisher system has more than 40 years experience in the field of architecture. He has five patents on precast 3D systems, and won many design awards including 48 AIA Design Excellence Awards. Fisher system was patented in August, 2017 by United State whereas the system is structurally implementable and compatible with the current codes and standard of practice.

Variety in interior and exterior finishing guarantee a unique design for each building.
The technology of Modulines can build 50 sqm apartments and 2000 sqm palaces, while elevations can reach up to 22 stories.
QUALITY
The factory assembly line is monitored under intense construction quality control.
Modulines utilizes ISO9001 procedures to ensure high-quality standards.
Climate-controlled facilities avoid the elimination of weather delays and moisture.
Finishing
Completing exterior and interior finishing like walls painting, flooring, drywall, and more.
MEP
Mechanical, electrical & plumbing components are installed for units off-site by trained professionals.
Doors & windows
Assembling basic structural components like windows, doors, and curtain walling for speedy supply.
SPEED
Our factory works 24/7 to significantly speed up delivery time and reduce construction loan charges for the developer.
The indoor construction and finishing processes such as MEP, walls painting, and flooring can occur in the factory alongside the site work process.
Modular buildings can be built and delivered within weeks. Further, Modulines has complete coordination of logistics and installation.
LESS MATERIAL
The off-site construction process ensures less wastage and water usage during construction.
Modular construction is environmentally friendly and achieves an eco-sustainable product.
The production process in the factory allows reduction of environmental impact and uses less energy.
